Pursuant to Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services related to recreational activities if the contract specifies a specific date or time period for the provision of such services. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded.
